FNF ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our FNF Inventory application and website (collectively, the "Service").

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. If you sign in using Google or Discord, we receive your email address and profile information from those services.
• Inventory Data: Information about sneakers you add to your inventory, including style codes, sizes, prices, locations, and images.
• Payment Information: When you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
• API Keys: If you choose to use your own API keys, they are stored securely in your account.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including features accessed and actions taken.
• Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system, and browser type.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics to help improve the Service.
• Camera Access: When you use our scanning feature, we access your device camera to capture images of shoe box labels. These images are processed to extract product information and are not stored after processing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
• Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including:
  • Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage
  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Google for OAuth authentication and Analytics
  • Discord for OAuth authentication
  • Google Gemini API for image recognition (when using managed keys)
  • Kicks.dev API for product information and market pricing
• Shared Inventory Links: If you create a shareable link to your inventory, the information you choose to share will be visible to anyone with that link.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase, which provides industry-standard security measures. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and Update: You can access and update your account information through the app settings.
• Delete Account: You can delete your account and associated data directly through the app settings under Account > Delete Account.
• Sharing Controls: You can enable or disable inventory sharing at any time.
• Unsubscribe: You can manage your subscription through the billing portal.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.
